The cast aluminum frame construction is lighter in weight than wrought iron, and is rust resistant. The antique bronze frame is powder coated, making it tougher than conventional paint finishes. Exceeded my expectations

Since I live in the Northeast, I want my deck furniture to be able to withstand the elements and be reasonably priced considering it will only be used from May to early October. I worry when ordering anything I can't see or test, but I took a risk when I placed the order for this conversation set. The cast aluminum set is well-made and extremely attractive in color and design (back frames of the couch, loveseat and chair are quite lovely to look at). It took very little time to assemble the pieces which came securely packed in one shipment. Neutral colored cushions are exceedingly comfortable, which I worried about when I placed my order, and both seat and back cushions stay in place with velcro strips. The material on the cushions repels water and dries quickly. The tables are likewise very attractive--light enough for one person to move and flat-topped so glasses don't tip. Everyone who we've entertained has been impressed by how inviting the area is. I could not be more pleased.
